Within IBM is the Tivoli Software division. The division offers a wide range of software and services for managing enterprise information systems and infrastructure. The Tivoli® product line addresses the systems performance, availability, security, configuration and storage concerns for large companies like the Global 2000.
Tivoli has recently been acquiring smaller companies in order to round out its product offering. IBM customers expect extremely high quality deliverables that will not jeopardize mission critical operations. Tivoli contracted Loudthink® to help accelerate the integration of a key acquisition.
